Precious Gilbert was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and Attended School for The Creative and Performing Arts for 9 years. She majored in Drama and Dance. Outside of school she trained at Cincinnati Ballet school, Otto M. Budig Academy. During the summer Precious extended her ballet training at summer intensives such as The Rock School, Boston Ballet, Ballet Austin and The Briansky Saratoga Ballet Center on a scholarship. In 2006, Precious graduated from high school and got offered two contracts to join a ballet company. She joined Ballet Austin as a trainee. After a year of the company Precious moved to Los Angeles with her mother and dog to pursue acting. She signed with an agency and started dancing commercially and never looked back. Some of her favorite jobs to date are GLEE as a Cheerio girl and working with Kanye West. Precious is proud to be a part of Bloc LA having the opportunity to work in Taipei, Taiwan on an international commercial and modeling for Puma. She is excited and can't for the what the future holds.
