Coach Ashley is a former competitive gymnast, all star cheerleader, and NCAA pole vaulter. She is originally from St. Louis and went to the University of South Florida, where she earned her bachelors degree in Biomedical Sciences.  Ashley started coaching in 2009 and has experience with coaching gymnasts of many ages.  

Ashley has also been coaching competitive cheerleaders ranging from mini teams to coed level three teams since 2012.  In her 10 years of coaching, she has instructed over 3,000 private lessons in both Missouri and California and continues to share her passion of strength, power, and movement with students of all ages. When Ashley is not coaching, she enjoys being a stuntwoman, going on backpacking trips, and doing handstands around the world.
